Successful e-MBA candidates come from a wide range of professional and academic backgrounds, but they have one thing in common: a desire to succeed and a “track record” that shows evidence of their ability to do so. Characteristics of successful candidates include a strong academic record, international awareness, strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness, and the potential to succeed as a leader and manager in a competitive business environment.

	APPLICATION CRITERIA
	Minimum TOEFL score of 530 (paper based), 197 (computer based) or 71 (Internet based testing), * Candidates who await for their score reports or who are going to take the exam, should provide us with their score reports due to the end of 1st semester. All the program-related rights of the applicants who did not send their score reports until the end of first semester will be suspended.
	Bachelor's degree in any field of study from a ministry-recognized college or university,
	Candidates should hold min. 60 points from the Selection Examination for Graduate Studies and Academic Personnel (ALES) within the last 2 (two) years, or 650 points from GRE or 470 from GMAT exams,
	Professional or managerial experience desired.

	APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
	Two short (500-1000 word) essays: one describing the candidate's history of achievements and a second describing the candidate's vision and goals. Essays will be written in English.
	Approved / Original copy of transcript (in English)
	Detailed curriculum vitae (in English)
	Approved / Original copy of diploma. (For those who earned their undergraduate degrees from a foreign university, certificate of confirmity should be provided from YOK.)
	Official letter from the employer concerning the employer's permission to candidate for attending the program. (in English)
	ALES and TOEFL score reports.

Candidates will be chosen based on a review of objective criterion (TOEFL, GPA, ALES) and the quality of the application essays.
